BACM works closely with key departments in your business to make sure they are supportive of the new system and understand how they will be impacted.  We will help develop an integration plan that results in minimal business operations interruption.  We actively manage the integration to handle any problems that may arise. 

We can conduct training on the system before integration if possible and then will be on hand when the system is live.  We make it a point to follow up and provide additional training and support after the integration.

We understand there is so much happening at the time of a systems integration, retention is sometimes an issue.  At BACM we understand this and will train and retrain until the system is fully integrated into your business operations and you are satisfied.
