Systems Administration is a broad term describing maintaining all aspects of a system for a company.  BACM offers Systems Administration for current Total Service customers, which includes the following:  handling data consolidation requests, performing mass updates if needed, answering questions regarding the system, making sure latest patches are installed for system, creating customized reports and handling modification requests for program.

  This plan entitles you to a set number of Systems Administration support each month at a reduced rate.
  
  
• Systems Administration – Unlimited
  This plan entitles you to unlimited Systems Administration support each month. 
  
  
• Systems Administration – As Needed
  This plan provides support on an as-needed basis and will be charged our standard hourly rate.
