BACM Consultants offers packages to help manage and maintain the integrity of your data in the Total Service application.

Data Standardization & Cleanup Package
This is our most complete and thorough package for getting your data standardized and accurate. We will analyze all the data in your Total Service system to see how it is set up currently.  We will make recommendations to standardize your data.  Once the data structure is approved by you, we will perform mass updates of your existing data to make it conform to the new standards.  We will then go through all customers, accounts, units, jobs and vendors to identify duplication.  Once you agree the multiple items should be combined, we will combine everything ensuring all transactions and histories are retained.  We will go through every module in Total Service to make sure all types, templates and defaults are set up consistently and accurately. Throughout this entire process, we will make multiple data backups to ensure everything is done the way you want and that no data is ever lost. 

Data Standardization Package
This is a great package for those companies who are confident the data in their system is accurate but not confident it was set up correctly when the system was first implemented or perhaps the business needs have changed and it needs to be adjusted.  We will analyze all the data in your system to see how it is set up now.  We will make recommendations on how to set up standards for your data.  This includes GL Structure, Customer, Account, Unit & Vendor Types.  Once the data structure is approved by you, we will perform mass updates of your existing data to make it conform to the new standards.

Data Cleanup Package
This package is helpful for those companies who have their data structured correctly but need it analyzed and cleaned up.  This is often needed when you have been using the system for a couple of years and/or have had numerous personnel changes.  With this package, we will go through all customers, accounts, units, jobs and vendors to identify duplication.  Once you agree the multiple items we identify should be combined, we will consolidate the data ensuring all transactions and histories are retained.  We always make multiple backups of your data to ensure there is no data loss in this process.
